Bitte bei Buchungen jede gewünschte Dienstleistung angeben, zwecks Zeitbuchung im System. Nicht gebuchte Dienstleistungen können nicht garantiert werden, wenn Folgetermine anstehen.

Wenn Du z.B. Strähnen möchtest, buche bitte keine Farbe. Zeitlich gesehen können Strähnen bei Buchung von Farbe nicht durchgeführt werden wenn Folgetermine anstehen.

Our booking terms and conditions

We ask our customers to arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes before their booked appointment.

Please book your appointment with Jamie, our English speaking staff member and pay a deposit of 70 € PayPal. Please note that cancellations, changes, or no-shows are only possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. If a change or cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded for the next appointment. For a new booking, a deposit of 70 € must be paid again. Appointment cancellations are only possible online via the booking portal or by phone at our reception at 0961-24546. Other cancellation methods such as email, WhatsApp, or SMS are not accepted, as these cannot be read in a timely manner.

Dear Customer, by booking a hairdressing appointment, you are entering into a legally binding contract for the provision of services. In the event of cancellation or no-show, you will be charged. The €70 deposit paid will not be refunded in this case and will be retained as compensation for the missed appointment.

As a customer, please pay a deposit of €70 via PayPal to our address living-happy-hair@t-online.de, stating your name. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled.

Als Neukunde wähle zuerst die Dienstleistungen aus, am Ende musst Du deine Daten eingeben. Hast Du alles korrekt durchgeführt erhältst Du eine Registrierungs SMS oder Email.

Die Terminbestätigung mit Angaben zum Termin kommt in einer extra SMS oder email.
