Appointments are always firm bookings made by the customer.
When you book an appointment here, the stylist will be there exclusively for you.

When making a reservation, please specify all desired services so that we can schedule them in the system. Services that are not booked cannot be guaranteed if subsequent appointments are scheduled.
For example, if you'd like to get highlights, please don't book a color service. Due to scheduling constraints, we cannot perform highlights if you've booked a color service and have follow-up appointments scheduled.

For children under the age of 18, parents are responsible for any treatments we perform on behalf of the child, unless the parents provide us with verbal instructions prior to the appointment or during the consultation.
Parents present at the consultation are responsible for the consultation that took place and the treatment plan discussed, unless the parent provides us with instructions other than those expressed by the child. Parents are liable for any treatment provided to the child unless the parent objects to it prior to the treatment.
If you're a new customer, first select the services you want; at the end, you'll need to enter your information. If you've done everything correctly, you'll receive a registration text message or email.
The appointment confirmation and reminder, including appointment details, will be sent in a separate WhatsApp message, text message, or email, provided you have not opted out of notifications

We ask our customers to arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Please book your appointment with Jamie, our English-speaking staff member, and pay a deposit of €80 via PayPal for a haircut and for appointments that include color, highlights, or balayage, a deposit of €180 is required.
Please book an appointment first on our booking page, then come back here to make your payment using the PayPal links.

Please note that cancellations, changes, or no-shows are only permitted up to 84 hours before the appointment. If a change or cancellation is made less than 84 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded for the next appointment. For a new booking, a deposit of €80 or €180 must be paid again. Appointment cancellations can only be made online via the booking portal or by phone at our reception at 0961-24546. Other cancellation methods such as email, WhatsApp, or SMS are not accepted, as these cannot be reviewed in a timely manner.
Dear Customer, by booking a hair appointment, you are entering into a legally binding contract for the provision of services. In the event of cancellation or a no-show, you will be charged. The €80 or €180 deposit paid will not be refunded in this case and will be retained as compensation for the missed appointment.
