Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your online booking for a service contract (hair appointment) within fourteen days without providing a reason. Service contracts (hair appointments) booked in-person at the salon or by phone are not covered by this policy.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with (full name, full address, phone number, email address) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal yourself online at kcpj.mitdenkt.io. Or you can use the “Cancel/Withdraw Booking” button on our booking website. If you wish to use this online feature, you must log in with your credentials and cancel the appointment; we will then immediately send you confirmation of the cancellation on a durable medium (e.g., via email), including information regarding the automatic cancellation, such as the date and time of receipt.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you cancel this contract concluded online, we will refund all payments we have received from you. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already rendered up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract. (Cancellation fee: 48–0 hours before the appointment) Hair appointments that have already taken place are excluded from cancellation.
