Terms and Conditions for Appointment Bookings / Cancellations

Customers are generally required to familiarize themselves with the booking terms and cancellation fees, which are set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

Since clients often go outside to smoke after having bleaching foils applied, we generally do not accept complaints regarding foils that have shifted or fallen off, or the resulting streaks and lines in the hair. In such cases, the client is fully responsible for any necessary touch-ups.

By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions regarding appointment cancellations.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of appointments lasting less than 4 hours are free of charge.

We charge customers 100% of the cost of any booked services that are not used during an appointment as a no-show fee, since this results in paid downtime for the stylist and, consequently, a loss of revenue.

For bookings made by individuals under the age of 18, we require that their parents have given their consent to the booking and all agreed-upon treatments.

For children under the age of 18, parents are liable for any treatments we perform on behalf of the child, unless the parents provide verbal instructions to the stylist during the consultation.

Parents present at the consultation are responsible for the consultation that took place and the treatment plan discussed, unless the parent provides us with instructions other than those expressed by the child. Parents are liable for any treatment provided to the child unless the parent objects to it.

Fake bookings will be prosecuted.

When you make a booking, you consent to the publication of photos of your hair or beard styling on social media or on our website. If you do not wish to do so, simply let us know when we ask if we may take photos that you do not want this. Customers who book by phone can explicitly opt out of this by signing our privacy policy at the salon.

Cancellation Policy for Appointments

Appointmentsmade by phonecan only be canceled by phone at 0961-24546, Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Online cancellations are only possible up to 48 hours before your appointment.

No other methods of cancellation will be accepted.

Cancellations outside of business hours are only accepted for Tuesday appointments:

You can reach us at 0171 628 9630 to cancel your appointment starting no later than 48 hours before your scheduled time.

You can use our WhatsApp Business Messenger only to cancel Tuesday appointments by sending a message to the mobile number 0171 628 9630 at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations, bookings, or changes to bookings made via WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, comments on Facebook or Instagram, or email will not be accepted, as these messages are not checked promptly.

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment and the missed appointment time is up to 2.0 hours, you will be charged a flat fee of €20 plus a €4.00 processing fee via regular mail.

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, or cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, resulting in the loss of the booked time of 2.0–3.0 hours, an €80 fee plus a €4.00 processing fee via regular mail.

If you do not show up for a booked appointment, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment and the booked time exceeding 3.0 hours, 80% of the booked hair service in euros plus a €4.00 processing fee via regular mail.

Cancellation fees are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, without any deductions.

If payment is not received within 10 days of receiving the invoice, you will automatically be in default, and a €15 late fee will be charged for each reminder. After the third unsuccessful reminder, we will refer the claim to our collection agency for legal action.

The basis for calculating the cancellation fee is the service time you booked, as recorded in our computer system.

Any deposits already paid will be deducted in full from the cancellation fee if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel less than 48/84 hours before the appointment. Cancellation fees that exceed the amount of the deposit will be billed separately.

Cancellations due to the customer's illness are free of charge if a copy of a doctor's note is provided.

Booked appointments are always binding and not merely suggested times.

You will always receive an appointment confirmation or reminder via WhatsApp, email, or text message, unless you have opted out of this service or clicked the "Stop receiving messages" link in an email.

Unfortunately, we must charge these fees, as this is the only way we can avoid passing the costs on to our entire clientele. This is based on Section 615 (default of acceptance) and Section 642(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), as by making a booking (by phone, online, or directly at the salon), you enter into a legally binding contract for services with us, which requires you to pay damages in the event of a last-minute cancellation (48 hours to 0 hours) prior to the appointment.

Keep in mind that if you don’t show up for your appointment, the stylist will have an empty slot reserved just for you. They can’t serve any other customers because we’ve set aside that time exclusively for you. This results in a loss of revenue for the salon, and the stylist must still be paid for that time. If you book a flight today and don’t board the plane, you still have to pay 100% of the fare, even though you aren’t using the service.

Hair appointments made by phone or in person are also binding reservations, and failure to show up for such appointments may result in a charge for damages.

If we cancel an appointment due to force majeure or the stylist’s illness, neither party is liable for damages.
